Yes it is very good on the Blade. For the stand: just by the 'Rods Clamp-29,00' Put it under the lens'stand' of the 80-200 and you need a two of the little square little plates too fill up the space. Well with my Canon I need two, maybe with another camera you will need one or more. The little plates did came with your Bladeset (part of the shim kit) You cannot screw the lens to the plate but it will sit tight.
